Some of our clients do not require a full building survey of the property they wish to purchase or already own.

DSP are able to undertake a structural appraisal on specific building elements which require a detailed analysis such as cracks or bulges in masonry walls.

These reports will only focus on the defect requiring our expertise to diagnose.
